Abstract Silicon has a large impact on today’s world economy, also known as Age. For instance, it is an extremely important material for renewable energy systems like photovoltaics. Thereby, the use of polycrystalline silicon very wide range application. safe and economic operation with this material, most accurate prediction or measurement elastic properties possible interest in first place even if focus analysis inelastic behavior related reliability service life predictions. The problem effective parameters polycrystals question symmetry. single crystals obey cubic symmetry while aggregate, at random orientation its constituents, isotropy results. We here give synopsis established analytical approaches used to predict values well review experimental outcomes crystal aggregate level.
